Why SPLEATS

Most food reaches the market because it can scale, not because it should. Quality is often compromised long before products arrive on the shelf by shortcuts in recipes, by industrial processes, by systems that reward speed over integrity.

SPLEATS was created to change that.

We exist to give a pathway to foods that are made with care, intention, and respect for ingredients, time, and people. Not more options, but better ones.

What We Do

SPLEATS identifies and represents specialty food producers who elevate their category through cleaner formulations, better raw materials and meaningful craftsmanship.

We connect these producers to the U.S. market through a curated, selective platform: bridging cultures, standards, expectations and removing layers and barriers.

We don’t import everything.
